Activating MasterID Accounts

Before you can use your MasterID account, you must first activate it.  If you have not used your account recently (more than about 60 days), you may also need to reactivate it.

How to activate
CS101 has prepared a video (below) on how to active MasterID.  Please make sure you watch the whole video so that you understand the complete process.  The video has sound, so make sure to listen with speakers or headphones.
 
Remember, there are a couple steps involved in activating your account:
  1. Go to MasterID and go through the steps to activate your account.
  2. You'll get an e-mail at your MIX account (students) or Groupwise account (faculty and staff) with important directions.  Make sure that you read and follow them!
  3. As mentioned in the e-mail, you need to change your temporary password before you can begin using your MasterID account.
