Open Lab

Fall 2017 Semester

If you need help on how to use Office, want to work on completing a homework assignment or if you just need someplace to work on MyITLab, then Open Lab is for you. All of the individuals staffing the Lab are CS101 instructors or proctors and can assist you regardless of which section you are in. Time spent in CS101 Open Lab counts towards study lab hours requirements.

Any exams that are authorized for Open Lab must be taken in the Armstrong Hall location. CS101 is not able to administer exams at Lyon Tower.

Tip: Open Lab gets busy as assignment due dates near. Please keep in mind that we have limited staffing, so the more people present, the longer it will take for us to be able to assist you. Please plan accordingly when completing your projects.

Tip: If you need to work on CS101 assignments when Open Lab is closed, the required software for the course is also available in other labs on campus.

In-Person Help Schedule

Open Lab starts during the first week of class and ends on the last day of class.  There is no Open Lab during Finals Week, on University holidays, or between semesters.
